Musical choir

The Akademie Immling with its own choir and orchestra is open to all music and theater enthusiastic young people and young adults between twelve and 29 years old. With their own musical, the young artists create a professional work each year, which is performed as part of the Immling Festival and has now become an integral part of the festival program.

Many of the participants are former members of the children's festival choir and thus remain connected to the cultural life of Immling – some of them often later transition to the opera choir. But 'newcomers' are also warmly welcomed. For several years, there has also been a close collaboration with the dance ensemble of the Dance Academy Pro People in Rosenheim, which regularly contributes dynamic choreographies to the musicals.
