That was the Immling Winter Festival 2025

The Winter Festival at KultWerk Immling delighted audiences once again this season with a diverse program for young and old. The classic of the Christmas season – Engelbert Humperdinck's fairy tale opera "Hansel and Gretel" – was a must. Lovingly staged by Ludwig Baumann. "A wonderful performance, introducing even the smallest visitors to opera and music," wrote Christiane Giesen in OVB.
The musical play "On the road again" also impressed the audience. 3 curious, Bavarian angels set off on a world tour to find out how Christmas is celebrated in other countries. An exhilarating production that made the hearts of the spectators beat faster. The 30 children of the Akademie Immling performed Christmas songs from around the world, in ten languages! Carefully rehearsed and confidently presented.
Dance fans got their money's worth with the cheeky Nils Holgersson. The well-known story about friendship, courage, and the appreciation of every life was wonderfully realized by the Judith Seibert Dance Theater.
And for the first time, there was a jazz concert. Relaxed, groovy, and full of new sound colors. The Red Button Big Band from Traunstein was well received with a rich program ranging from American swing to Argentine tango to funk from the 80s.
Nearly 2000 people attended this year's Winter Festival. A heartfelt thank you to all the artists, the team behind the scenes, and to you, dear guests, for your loyalty and support.
